Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in the case of a product being damaged or defective upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your gemstone bracelet arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please email us at especiallykelly@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or defective item. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your return is approved due to a damaged or defective item, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
